UNS S32100 SS Forged Coupling are indispensable to the hearth protection, and process piping systems, as they need good mechanical properties and are ductile, and can be hardened through work hardening.

Grades 321 are the essential austenitic 18/8 steel (Grade 321) stabilised by Titanium (321) additions. Grade 321 SS is the grade of choice for the applications within temperature of up to 900 °C, combining high strength, resistance to scaling and phase stability with resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion. Grade 321 Stainless Steel have a excellent welding characteristic, are readily brake or roll formed and have outstanding welding characteristics. Post-weld annealing isn’t required. They even have excellent toughness, even right down to cryogenic temperatures. Grade 321 doesn’t polish well, so isn’t recommended for decorative applications.

321H Grade is purpose austenitics Stainless Steel that’s stabilized against designed to works within carbide precipitations temperature range of 427 to 816°C. It’s non-magnetic within the annealed condition and might be hardened only by cold working.
